The Lowdown: Pine-ing for a victory
Both Colby and UNE enter their last non-conference game of the year Tuesday night in last place of their respective conferences. No mind, when two of the four Division-3 men's hockey teams in the state of Maine play, there's always the matter of pride. Colby hos last all four games against its Pine State brethren, losing the home and homes to NESCAC leading Bodwdoin and ECAC East foe Southern Maine. UNE lost a conference game to Southern Maine and  both games against Bowdoin, though they did force the Polar Bears to come from behind to win 4-3 on January 8th.

Key(s) to the game: Be special
In Colby's three wins this season they have either tied or had a better rate than their opponents on special teams. In UNE's five wins, they have actually tied or had a worse conversion rate on special teams than their opponent. So, there's that.

Players to watch
Cory McGrath (F, Sr.) In three career matchups against the Nor'easters the senior from Yarmouthport, MA has three points (2-1-3).

Adam Laite ( F ,Sr.) The senior from Novia Scotia leads UNE in points (5-6-11). In two games against Colby he has one goal.

In commiseration with these two last place teams from the Pine Tree State, we present a live version of the The Maine's "Misery."
