The afternoon affair was tied 1-1 after two periods, but a wild period led to a 6-2 win for the Ephs. John Wickman and  Cody Skinner , two seniors that the recent USCHO feature mentioned as having not scored yet this season...you guessed it, scored.  Chris Fenwick (F, Fr.) scored his first collegiate goal in the loss for Bowdoin.

Box Score

Wesleyan rallied from two down in the third period to win 6-5 in OT to hand the Polar Bears their first lost of the season. Player to watch Keith Buehler (F, Jr. ) had a monstrous six point game including a hat trick (3-3-6) and the game winning goal in OT.

Conn. College 2
Hamilton 2
Box Score

Player to watch Dom Jancaterino (F/D, Jr.) scored with 6.4 seconds left to pull the Continentals even with the Mules. Things were chippy throughout, including Hamilton's Mike Dimare (F, Jr.) and Conn. College's Brett Curran (D, Fr.) getting into  a scuffle in front of the net in the final minute.  No penalties were called on the play.

Trinity 2
Colby 2

In the third NESCAC OT game of the night, Nick Lanza (F, Jr) scored for the first time since the end of November, netting two goals to lead Colby to its first points of 2013.  Colby took a 2-1 lead with 4 minutes to go, but Trinity's Michael Flynn (D, So.) scored  for the first time this year with 1:18 left to tie the game.

Tufts 2
Amherst 6

In an uncharacteristically high scoring game, the Lord Jeffs blew open a 2-2 first period tie, going on to score six goals in the first two periods.   Amherst outshot Tufts 38-18 and Andrew Kurlandski (F, Jr.) had a three point night (2-1-3) to pace the Lord Jeffs.

Middlebury 1
Plattsburgh 7

Middlebury fell behind 1-0 in the first minute of the first period on a goal by Mark Constantine (F, So.), and it was never close. The Cardinals outshot the Panthers 43-19 and Liam Moorfield- Yee ( G, Fr.) was pulled for Nick Bondurant (G, Jr.) after two first period goals. BonDurant gave up three goals and third string goalie Michael Peters (G, So.) gave up another two in the third.
