Travel partners face off for the first night of a home-and-home with the Conts "Citrus Bowl" on tap for tomorrow night back in Clinton, NY. Hamilton leads the all-time series 57-21-3, but Amherst has won the last five matchups, a span in which the Continentals have only scored one goal. The Amherst unbeaten streak against Hamilton dates back even further to January of 2006 and that win was in Clinton. Hamilton has their work cutout for them. On the USCHO fan forum NESCAC Pick'em thread, all twelve posters have the Lord Jeffs winning.
Tufts at Wesleyan, 7 PM
No webcast for this one. Tufts had its greatest success against any single NESCAC opponent last year come against Wesleyan, earning three of their league low six NESCAC points against the Cards. In fact, Tufts has had the Cards number of late, going 2-0-2 against the Cardinals the past two years. Wesleyan is the favorite,but will recent history repeat itself? Trinity opens the season at home and their fans are trying to create awhite out" for the game. The Bantams swept the season series against the Camels last year, whilte the two teams split in 2011-12. On NESCAC Pick'em thread, ten of the twelve posters have Trinity winning this one.
