Amherst (4-3-1; 1-3-1 NESCAC)         4

Freshman Pat Daly scored his team leading sixth and seventh goals of the season to help  Amherst snap a three game losing streak and earn their first NESCAC win of the season. The loss keeps Middlebury as the only winless team in the 'Cac at the end of the fall semester. Connor Girard made 28 saves in victory and Stephen Klein made 25 saves to fall to 0-6 on the season.

Hamilton scored three goals in the first half of the second period, and Williams responded with three power play goals over the rest of the game, including two from Alex Hagerty, to draw the Ephs even with the Conts. Evan Buitenhuis made 35 saves, including the only registered shot of OT, to keep Hamilton the only undefeated team in D-III men's hockey (or all of NCAA hockey, for that matter). Michael Pinios made 22 saves for the Ephs, Michael Pinios made 22 saves for Williams.

Sophomore Cody Todesco's second hat trick of the season lifted Bowdoin past Conn College, who still hasn't won a game at home since the 2015 NESCAC playoffs. The win gave the Polar Bears a much needed four point weekend in their first forage outside of Maine of the season.

A five-on-three power play goal from Brian Brown in the third broke a 1-1 tie as Tufts rebounded from their first NESCAC loss of the season on Friday to hand Colby their first NESCAC loss of the season on Friday.  Nik Nugnes got the start in net for the Jumbos and made 29 saves to improve to 2-1-0 on the season while Mules freshman workhorse Andrew Tucci made 20 saves in defeat.

Off from conference play, the Cardinals vanquished the Skyhawks in a matchup of avian themed hockey teams. Five different Cards scored and Dawson Sprigings made 28 saves between the pipes for Wesleyan.

Senior Ryan Cole scored the last two goals of the contest to lift the visitng Bantams past the Soaring Eagles. Trinity finished the weekend at 1-0-1 in their trip to western NY/central Penn in preparation for a trip out to Michigan to take on the US-18 team in an exhibition and then a non-conference tilt against Adrian at the end of the month.
