Becker 6

George Pantazopoulos (F, '15) had a good chance in the final twenty seconds when he took it down the left wing. He fired a shot in on goal that was saved, but the goalie did not know where it was as it lay on the crease, only for a Becker player to clear it. Shots even 16-16 for the period.
3rd Period: Tufts goes on the power play 4:23 into the final frame. The Jumbos power play isn't working very efficiently so Gallegos decides to take it coast-to-coast for the Jumbos third goal. Later on the third Tufts power play of the period, Stewart Bell (F, '16) scores to cut it to 5-4. Unfortunately do to some problems with the webcast, not sure what happened. The webcast cuts in and out, but the audio stays consistent enough to hear the shrill sounds of some enthusiastic fans. When the video cuts back in with about two minutes remaining, Lackey finds himself one-on-one with the Becker goalie, who makes a sprawling save to keep it a one goal game. Kellenberger heads to the bench with about a minute remaining for the extra skate and Breese gets the hat-trick on the empty netter. Tufts outshoots Becker 14-9 for the period and 42-35 for the game.
