St. Michael's Purple Knights (4-12-0) 1
It was over when...: Amherst scored two goals early in the third period to break a 1-1 tie after 2. St. Michael's scored first on a goal by William Cote (F, So.) and Amherst answered on a nice unassisted, coast-to-coast goal by Michael Cashman (F, So.). The early goals in the third were both put in by first timers: Amherst coach Jack Arena's son Pat Arena (F, Fr.) scored first and a little over a minute later Christopher Finch (F, Jr.) put it in the net for his first college goal after only dressing in six games in three years.
Player of the game: Pat Arena (F, Fr.) for his game winning goal in only his second NCAA game.
Box Score: Amherst 4/St. Michael's 1

It was over when...: The Continentals got on the bus to head up-state. Fifth ranked Oswego scored three first period goals and never looked back; seven different Lakers found the net in the contest. It is the largest loss for Hamilton since the last time they played a top ten ranked non-conference opponent, losing to Hobart 8-1 in November.
Player of the game: Luke Moodie (F, Sr.) got his 28th, 29th and 30th points of the season on a three point night (1-2-3).
Box Score: Hamilton 0/ Oswego 8
